"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.” CS Lewis.

Dolly VI?

Has Al Gore's carbon credit trading company secretly cloned a new Dolly, throwing in some stem cells derived from the cotton plant, or a few pieces of the cotton plant's genome, cleverly integrated with (Petri)dish of lamb?

Time-Warner seems to have already prepared the manual for looking after your new post-apocalypse hair of the lamb, er, cotton plant, shirt.

From Time-Warner's Global Warming Survival Guide, tip number 7:

You could make your own clothes with needle and thread using 100% organic cotton sheared from sheep you raised on a Whole Foods diet....

Maybe the FDA needs to look more closely at that Whole Foods Diet...(Chinese import, was it? You might not want to feed it to your pets...)

Gore-Tex move over, here comes Gore-Fleeced!
